BEING SMART FIT


Are you one of the people who resolve to get back into the shape every time of a new year comes around but half way they fail to accomplish that goal every year.
Many people know what they should be doing for better health, but actually doing gets difficult. Starting a good foundation of health and wellness in your life is the way forward . One proven way to set effective goals is using the SMART goal method and having a right attitude to achieve is likely to get healthier lifestyle you want
 The SMART GOAL ACRONYM
  • SPECIFIC 
  • MEASURABLE 
  • ATTAINABLE
  • RELEVANT 
  • TIME
Specific : This goals must state clearly what is to be accomplished . They must be easily understood
Measurable goals: The only way you will know you are close to goals is if you can measure your progress. Weather this goals are measured in weight loss, a decrease in body fat increase in muscle , is you can see your accomplishment.
Attainable goals : ones that are possible. Once after identifying the goals that are most important to you , begin to figure out ways to achieve them, developing attitudes,skills. You can attain most of your goals if plan your  steps wisely and establish time frame
Relevant: Should ask yourself some few questions before deciding on setting up goals ." What is important for you, why are you setting this goal" . The goals we are mostly like to attain are the ones that are important to us  and know how your goals fit or  relevant to you.
Time: Set for yourself a time frame, Time can be both short term and long term and should help you stay focused and on track.
By setting SMART goals , you place yourself on path of success . As you aim towards better health and wellness remember to be SMART
