It’s said “you don’t know the value of something until you lose it” Teeth are so important in our lives not for eating but also for easy communication.   But sometimes we tend to forget or assume it. In taking good care of our mouth ad teeth can prevent problem has you get older. Poor oral health can affect many things from eating, smiling and speaking. But you no longer need be anxious about your state of your teeth here tips to keep teeth on check:

#1 Stop smoking:
Tobacco has a lot of negative impact to our health and teeth are not spared at all .Tobacco stains our teeth and significance increases the risk of gum disease and oral cancer. The best advices for this is, you should consider quitting immediately.

#2 Chew gum after meals.

A healthy diet is essential to healthy teeth and gums. A balanced diet includes plenty of fruit and vegetables. Taking proteins such as meat, fish, and eggs, beans, some milk and dairy foods can provide the teeth with nutrients they need to stay healthy.

The most recommended way to keep your teeth is to visit a dentist every six months. They have special equipment and techniques for cleaning your teeth, .They are also able to detect an early signs of oral cancer which can be treated if found early enough.
