The year is still young , taking a look ahead and many of us have a lot to achieved but along the way there are many challenges which can distract us from achieving our  objectives and lowers our self –esteem.  So here are tips to keep your on toes

• Don’t rely on others : You should never expect others to do for you not even your partner because they are also busy with their own needs .No one will make you achieved your goals its upon you.
• Take the risk: This is our great obstacles that hinders us from achieving our dreams. We are always afraid to take the risks and we end up being contented by achievement. Taking the risk enables to encounter new ideas and ways to achieve our goals. Risk is about taking tough decision on the way forward because the only way to achieve things you want is to take bold actions.
• Break the old habits: We are in era of digital globalization with new great innovation, ‘the smartphones era ‘but everything comes with both positive and negative impact on our lives. The social media is fun and form of entertainment but sometimes we invest more time on it doing nothing constructive. But turning into a place to venture and look for job opportunities can help you in achieving a lot
• Learn to forgive others and yourself: Forgiveness is the most powerful allies. Learned to forgive the people in your life who harmed and do not forget to forgive yourself your own mistakes and you will liberate yourself from resentment, pain and hatred. The pain of holding grudges hurt no more than the person holding them.
• Stop comparing yourself to others: This the major mistake we usually make and it hinders our capability to achieve our objectives. Comparing yourself to others with envy robs you of appreciation for the sacred place your life is in at any given time. Everyone has their own way of life, challenges, mistakes, let be you and your instincts
• Get rid of negatives thoughts: Thoughts influence feelings and feelings determine how you view your work.  You have a lot of thoughts in your head and you always have a choice on which one to focus on , he ones which make you emotionally stuck ,fear ,doubt or the one that will make you move forward .
