Dos and Don’ts for beautiful skin
If you want brighter skin it’s very important to take care of various aspect of skin care. The flawless blemish and aging free skin that you have always desired is no, more a dream, but reality.
Here are dos and don’ts for a beautiful skin.
#1 Always keep check on what you put on your plate. Ensure that you take fresh fruits, greens, enough proteins and vitamins.
Keep a lower sugar diet, which can keep insulin levels down allowing cells to maintain healthier skin
#2 drinking a lot of water daily keep your hydrated and plumb. Water helps to flush out the toxins from the body and nourish skin. Hence drinking plenty of water daily beautify skin.
#3 get a proper sleep daily to keep your skin fond and healthy. If you don’t get enough shut eye, your skin gets tired just like you - it sags and you get bags. So don’t risk it. Try at least to sleep a 8 hours every night
#4 Exercise regularly Exercise regularly. Running and jogging will give your body the necessary blood circulation, and also accelerate the cleansing process of your entire body. You will notice a glow on your face after working out. Racing against time? Just take a brisk walk around the block.
            Don’ts
#1 Smoking: Smoking accelerates aging in the skin and this can lead to wrinkles, fine, lines and, make the skin dry. It also blocks the blood supply that keep the skin tissues looking healthy.
#2 taking a hot steamy bath does not make our body feel great but it can damage delicate facial skin and causes flushing and ruddiness to the skin. So avoid taking hot water as its one worst thing you can do to your skin.
#3 stress is another condition that can affect your skin too. It causes a chemical response in your body making the skin more sensitive and reactive. Hence to reduce the effects of stress on your skin take proper care of your skin even if you are tired or stressed out
