We all know that eating probably can help you maintain healthy weight and other health problems ,but lack of proper diet can be the cause of effects on our moods and sense of well being. Eating a balanced diet doesn't have to be a big issue , the main point is to replace processed food with real food whenever possible.
To attain this we all need a balance of protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals in our diets to sustain a healthy body. You don’t need to eliminate certain categories of food from your diet, but rather select the healthiest options from each category
Protein gives us energy to get up and keep gong but too much protein can be problem to people with kidney diseases . You can get protein in pulses, milk, leafy greens, eggs, white meat or sprouts.
Carbohydrates are the main source of energy in our bodies , but rather it should come from unrefined sources like vegetables ,fruits and grains but not sugar .
